SPRING FOOTBALL CONDITIONING CAMP REMINDERS

• No camp on 4/7 & 4/9.

• Camp t-shirts are on the way and will be handed out when camp resumes on 4/14 (orders were based on the sizes you provided at registration). 
   

• Medical clearance/sports physicals are overdue. Please return asap if you did not play with the Spartans during the Fall 2025 season. 
   

Ask your medical provider to sign our medical clearance form, or you can use their version of the form. If you had a visit in the last year, most docs don’t require a new appt. 

 

Novant Health is currently offering $25 sports physicals. See the link below:

You can also get a sports physical done at many of the walk-in or urgent care medical facilities.

 

Camp What to Wear

Cleats, t-shirts, shorts or sweats. Note: No jewelry or jeans.

During Camp

• Student-athletes may use team squeeze sports water bottles; bringing your own is optional.

• Families may sit on bleachers or set up lawn chairs along exterior areas. Please do not enter practice fields or cheer practice areas.

• Please do not bring electronics or valuables. The camp is not responsible for lost or damaged items and cannot provide oversight.

• Inclement weather: Any delays or cancellations will be sent via text by 5:00 PM.
